Care & Longevity
Wooden Cutting Board Care
Daily Care
Hand wash only with warm water and mild dish soap.
Dry immediately with a towel — never air dry flat on a wet surface.
Stand upright to allow full airflow.
What to Avoid
No dishwasher.
Do not soak or submerge in water.
Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive scrubbers.
Conditioning
Apply food-grade mineral oil or board butter every 3–4 weeks (or when wood looks dry).
Let oil soak in overnight, wipe off excess the next day.
Sanitizing
Use white vinegar or a diluted hydrogen peroxide rinse.
For odor removal, sprinkle coarse salt and rub with half a lemon.
Epoxy Resin Charcuterie Board Care
Daily Care
Hand wash gently with mild soap and warm water.
Dry immediately with a soft cloth.
What to Avoid
No dishwasher.
Do not use as a cutting surface on the epoxy.
Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or high heat.
Surface Protection
Use knives only on the wood portion if applicable.
Avoid placing hot pans or dishes directly on the resin.
Maintenance
Condition the wood sections just like a cutting board.
If light scratches appear in resin, they can often be polished with a plastic-safe polish.
